My Oceanfront Condo at Yellow Point on beautiful Vancouver Island

Normal weekly rates are $1,600 in summer. There is now a limited time special offer for the weeks June 15th to July 31st and September 1st to 15th at $1,350 per week.

Extra residents: Rental rates above quoted are based on two adults. For extra adult visiting guests, add $125 per week. Extra children add $100 per week. Maximum is 6 residents. Extra guests must be included at the time of arranging your rental. During the "special offer" these rates are negotiable for discounts.

Reservations: A deposit by personal cheque or money order is required on reservations. There is a 60 day non cancellation policy. Our oceanfront condo is "No smoking" and "No pets". Guests can smoke outside on the furnished covered patio off the living room where the view is stunning.

Residents agree to remove all garbage, do all dishes, strip the linens and place them in the bathtub and leave the condo in the same general condition they find it on arrival. Laundry and normal cleaning charges are included in the rental rates. $100 minimum extra housekeeping charge applies if the condo is not left as found or in poor condition.

Taxes: There are no taxes payable on rentals of my private condo.

Prices includes hydro, except in the winter months of November to March, add $120.00/month extra for hydro. Price includes cable TV with VCR, local telephone, parking and use of all facilities. Local calls only. Long distance telephone is possible with a calling card only.

Oceanfront condo features: 2 Queen beds on 2 separate private levels each with adjacent 4 piece bathroom, bedding and duvets. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new fridge. A sofa bed in the living room, with comforters, sheets and pillows for extra residents. Please let us know how many are in the party when booking, so we can be sure to accommodate the bedding and linen needs. Other features include fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric grill, fans, ceiling fan, TV with DVD, VCR videos, CDs and tapes, stereo, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, floor to ceiling window blinds on 10 foot ceilings in living room, fully furnished partly covered oceanfront patio walks on to the waterfront.
